Legendary production team Da Beatminerz showed up to Rap Is Outta Control since they’re featured in Brian Coleman’s book, Check The Technique Vol. 2. Walt and Evil Dee were asked about making the classic Black Moon album, Enta Da Stage. Walt explains that they were simply making records for fun and “we didn’t know what the hell we were doing”. They confess that the song that inspired their bass-heavy production was “Sally Got A One Track Mind” by Diamond D & The Psychotic Neurotics. Evil Dee and Walt also discuss conflicting schedules between the Black Moon members and how they were disappointed with the outcome of the mastering when the engineer mastered the album on his own.
