Producer and emcee Luck of The Mood Doctors was a special guest on RIOC as Da Beatminerz filled in for DJ Eclipse on the turntables. As the biological brother of Posdnuos from De La Soul, Luck’s music with the MD reflects a similar appreciation for hard drums and good vibes. In this interview, Luck talks about producing the successful singles “Foolin'” and “Trying People” for De La Soul and what it was like growing up with an older brother such as Pos.
